Purified Terepthalic Acid (PTA)

Applications:
* It is used to make simple esters widely used as plasticizers.
* It is used as in makingunsaturated polyester resins, alkyd resins, polyester polyols, dyes and pigments, halogenated anhydrides, polyetherimide resins, isatoic anhydride and insect repellents.
*PTA has been used mainly as a raw material of polyester fiber but lately it has been exploited for various uses such as non-fiber field, PET-bottle, PET-film and engineering plastics and as poultry feed additives. Phthalic acid derivatives are also widely used to make dyes, medicine, and synthetic perfumes, pesticides, and other chemical compounds.

Gum Rosin WW grade

Gum Rosin acids are the complex mixture of several compounds, particularly abietic acid types and the pimaric acid types which belong to the diterpene group of organic compounds. Abietic acid has conjugated double links and carboxyl groups. Pimaric acid is the dehydro form of abietic acid. Oxidation of abietic acid makes colophony more brittle and darker. The carboxyl group and double links in the acids can yield many kinds of salts and modified compounds for better purposes.

Applications:
Natural organic compound, mainly composed of resins

4) Used for the manufacturing of paper, paint, soap and printing ink
5) Easily softened and oxidized
6) In the oil paint industry, the carboxylation reaction of resin acid is usually employed to produce resinate for further use
7) In the producing of synthetic rubber and printing ink, resin acid is changed into disproportionate rosin, polymerized rosin, hydrogenated rosin, for further use by its double bond reaction

Polyol and carboxyl acid are essential in polyurethane manufacturing system. Dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) contains two kinds of functional groups in one molecule.There are two primary hydroxyl groups and one tertiary carboxyl group which provide function of making polyurethanes and polyesters especially water soluble.

Dimethyl Adipate(DMA)

Dimethyl Adipate ( also called Dimethyl hexanedioate) is a colorless or pale yellow liquid. A dipic Acid Esters are used as low-temperature-resistant and low-viscosity plasticizer for PVC and its copolymers and cellulose esters e.g. cellulose acetate butyrates and cellulose propionates.They are used as solvent carriers or coupling agents for polyurethane and photographic films. Lower chain esters of adipic acid are used as high-boiling, biodegradable, low-toxicity solvents and antiperspirants. Longer chain esters are used as lubricants offering stable lubricity, corrosion protection, biodegradability, and performance properties at both high and low temperatures. They are used as intermediates to produce other chemical compounds.
